We’re taking extra measures for the safety of our customers and staff to keep everyone safe during these trying times. We do recommend taking the time to throughly clean any products you receive, not only from us but just in general it’s a good idea to clean everything that enters your home as an extra measure to keep your family healthy. 

Due to COVID-19 we have a LIMITED number of the Arcadia Lamp Holders (the ceramic light fixtures that go with our enclosures) in stock. If you order an enclosure with light fixtures the enclosure MIGHT ship without fixtures and we will ship out the fixtures as soon as they are back in stock. 

We’re offering FREE screens for the enclosures if you would like the screen rather than the light fixtures, the screens are designed to be used with a dome style clamp lamp on top of the screen. View the screens here

The screens are in place of the fixtures, if you select screens you will not receive fixtures at a later date.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our items all sales are final; we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any items for any reason. Please review the item description, photos and ask any questions before purchasing as all sales are final. 

Since each enclosure is handmade there may be slight variations or imperfections, however these have no effect on the functionality of the item. 


If items arrive damaged we will work with you to make things right. We require an EMAIL with photos, your order number and a description of the issue. We do not accept messages via Facebook, Instagram or other platforms for issues. ALL order issues must be sent via EMAIL.
