CURRENT ENCLOSURE LEAD TIME

Currently we are shipping product with 1-4 weeks of ordering. We recently moved to a new facility and are cranking on more orders than ever. We appreciate everyone's support of Kages and our small business!

 

LIGHT FIXTURE UPDATES

Due to supply chain issues we are currently not carrying the Arcadia light fixtures. Our enclosures are totally customizable so you can add light fixtures sourced from other companies using wood screws. The enclosures come standard with cord holes along the back wall so you can add lights or thermostat probes as needed. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our items all sales are final; we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any items for any reason. Please review the item description, photos and ask any questions before purchasing as all sales are final. 

Since each enclosure is handmade there may be slight variations or imperfections, however these have no effect on the functionality of the item. 

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

If you experienced an issue with your order, and you've purchased Route protection with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

If you did not protect your order with Route and items arrive damaged we will work with you to make things right. We require an EMAIL with photos, your order number and a description of the issue. We do not accept messages via Facebook, Instagram or other platforms for issues. ALL order issues must be sent via EMAIL within 4 days of receiving the enclosure.
