COVID-19 UPDATE

We’re taking extra measures for the safety of our customers and staff to keep everyone safe during these trying times. We do recommend taking the time to thoroughly clean any products you receive, not only from us but just in general it’s a good idea to clean everything that enters your home as an extra measure to keep your family healthy. 

CURRENT ENCLOSURE LEAD TIME

Due to COVID-19 related supply chain interruptions our lead times are longer than usual. We're currently working 7 days a week including all holidays to process orders as quickly as possible.

MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPING WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH SOME UP TO 2 WEEKS.

All lead times are subject to supply chain availability and production run times. 

 

To help ensure orders ship as quickly as possible we ask that you please do not email asking for order updates if you are within the above lead time window as emails for updates only delay all orders.

Emails for order updates within the above window will not be answered.

UPDATED LIGHT FIXTURES

When customizing your enclosure you now have the option of selecting how many fixtures you would like rather than the placement. The light fixtures now come with 4 screws each to allow for maximum customization; this gives you the option to mount them anywhere on the top. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our items all sales are final; we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any items for any reason. Please review the item description, photos and ask any questions before purchasing as all sales are final. 

Since each enclosure is handmade there may be slight variations or imperfections, however these have no effect on the functionality of the item. 


If items arrive damaged we will work with you to make things right. We require an EMAIL with photos, your order number and a description of the issue. We do not accept messages via Facebook, Instagram or other platforms for issues. ALL order issues must be sent via EMAIL.
